FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
Straight answers, no sales script. Anything not covered here, call (786) 263-1528, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm.
How much does painting cost in Miami?
There is no honest flat number. The price depends on surface condition, preparation and repairs, the paint product and finish, the number of coats, whether the color is changing, and the size of the job. That is why the estimate is free and written: we come measure, and you get one firm price with every line itemized. You never discover a new number halfway through.
Is the estimate really free? What's the catch?
Free, written, and no obligation. We come look at the job, measure it, and leave you a written scope with one price. It is your document: you can even take it to another painter.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the size and how much preparation the surfaces need, so the number of working days goes in your written estimate. Once we give you days, we keep them, and if anything changes, you hear it from us first.
Do I have to move out or empty the rooms?
No. We move and cover furniture, protect the floors, and clean up at the end of every day, so you get your rooms back each evening. Most customers stay home; many are not home at all.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. El Shaddai Painting Corp holds Miami-Dade County Certificate of Competency #07BS00459 for painting and is insured, and we send the certificates with every proposal, before you ask for them.
What paint brands do you use?
We usually work with Behr, and we are glad to quote Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore if you prefer them. The exact product line, sheen, and number of coats are written into your estimate. You can also build a palette in our Color Studio and send it with your request.
Can you help me choose colors?
Yes. Bring the colors you are considering (or add them in the Color Studio) and your estimator will tell you honestly how each one will behave on your surfaces and in your light, and which sheen the wall can carry. Always confirm a final color with a physical chip or a painted sample.
When do I pay?
The payment terms are spelled out in your written estimate, and one thing never changes: we walk the finished work with you, you point at anything you do not like, we fix it, and then we settle up.
What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade (Little Havana, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Pinecrest, Doral), plus Monroe County and the rest of South Florida. Not sure? Call and ask.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. The crew, the phone, and this whole website work in both English and Spanish. Use the ES button at the top of any page.
